Clothed contact - from 2021, ongoing
In the series clothed contact, I work with old clothes - previously worn and used, donated or found.
From recreating and creating patterns, I developed a series of wearable objects as well as objects for the wall.
Using the different textures of the textiles, I create tactile surfaces, inviting to touch but also showing the flaws in the material. Small stains and tears that were already present in the clothes are for me the connection to the previous owners and wearers.
